Since graduation in 2007 from Nuova Accademia di Belle Art in Milan, Halldór Sturluson has worked in the field of visual art, together with his career in theatre both at the City and National Theatre in Iceland. He has been productive in set designs and propmaking for theatre and television. Halldór works in mixed media and painting, aiming to highlight the mundane or overlooked things all around us and bringing them forward. Placing them and presenting in context with today's society, rhetoric, consumption and enticements everywhere and anywhere.
